- DATE - 
Saturday, September 18th, 2010 to Sunday, September 19th, 2010

- TIME -
Simulcast Conference starts at 10am and runs to approximately 4pm.
Evening itinerary includes dinner and various activities for your enjoyment. 

- ACCOMODATIONS -
You will be staying at the beautiful Victorian Era,
Grove Hall in Ocean Grove, NJ
from Saturday afternoon to Sunday Morning.
 
You may also choose to add Friday to your stay.
The additional night is not part of the retreat,
but is instead, a special option for those who would like
to make it a weekend getaway.


The One-Night Retreat will include the
Beth Moore/Travis Cotrell Simulcast Conference,
One Night at Grove Hall*, Dinner & Activities on Saturday night and
Continental Breakfast on Sunday morning.

* Rooms do not have private bathrooms,
but you will have lovely shared bathroom
accomodations that are modern, clean and provide for personal privacy. 
You have the option to reserve a single occupancy room, or
share a room with one other woman and defray costs.

- COST -
For Saturday, Sept 18th through Sunday, September 19th:
Single Occupancy Room (all inclusive): $125 per person
Double Occupancy Room (all inclusive): $75 per person

If you would like to make this a weekend getaway
and add Friday night to your stay, we have been able to obtain
a special room rate of $75pp, single occupancy.
Of course, if you would like to share the room, the rate would be $37.50pp

- RESERVATIONS -
If you would like to attend, you must provide a $25 non-refundable deposit
AND register with Phoenix Rising Outreach Ministry NO LATER THAN June 20th, 2010.
Space is very limited, so if you want to go...please register ASAP
and provide your deposit to ensure your reservation. 

- TERMS -
$25 deposit is non-refundable and is due no later than 6/20/10
There will be NO REFUNDS of any amount after July 15th, 2010
PAYMENT IN FULL WILL BE DUE NO LATER THAN AUGUST 15, 2010
